How we use the information you share when you contact Proper.
Information you provide
We collect your submitted contact details, project location, service request, and any company information or plans link you choose to share. A reference number, submission time, and originating page are saved with your request.
How it is used
Your information is used to review your request and communicate about your project. An enquiry does not subscribe you to a marketing list or authorize automated promotional messages.
Access and storage
Enquiries are stored through our website’s hosting infrastructure and accessed through a restricted inbox. This form does not automatically forward your information to trade partners. The pages do not add marketing cookies.
Estimate quiz
The free-estimate quiz stores your project answers, ZIP code, contact details, and any campaign parameters that were already on the link you opened, such as utm fields, gclid, or fbclid. We use that information so Proper can respond about your project and see which ad the request came from. We do not sell the request to a lead list.
If you agree, Proper may call or text the number you submit about that estimate. Consent is not a condition of buying the work, and you can tell us to stop. A requested callback is not a confirmed appointment until we speak with you.
This website does not embed an advertising pixel. If one is added later, the quiz can report a lead event when a homeowner in our service area sends an estimate request, and a callback-request event when a callback time is chosen. Neither event means an appointment is booked. Those events are not sent for renters or for ZIP codes outside the service area.
Project plans
Only share documents needed for your project. Submitted links are stored as text. Do not include passwords, payment information, or sensitive personal records.
Corrections and deletion
Contact us through the enquiry form with your reference number to request a correction or deletion. We verify the request before changing or disclosing personal information.
