Change example: a different shower valve
Owner selects a different valve after the bid.
Confirm compatibility, lead time, price, and rough-in impact.
Record the decision and update the selection sheet before ordering.
Checks before moving on
Confirm site readiness, approved materials, required tests and inspections, and any open issue with a named owner. Capture relevant photos before work is concealed.
